We had a nice experience with the quick room change when we found a broken floor. The service was prompt, and we appreciated the assistance. The bed wasn't comfortable, and the shower needed improvement, but overall, I’d suggest staying here.

well priced hotel with nice and welcoming staff, near bars and restaurants. functional, incredibly comfortable rooms, nice swimming pools. good bathroom, delicious breakfast. great and perfect location at a moderate distance from an also basilica. a great selection of food options at walking distance from the venue.

Location just off the best areas of the city, and supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, restaurants and the street market on weekends...

I loved the key location – super close to cafes and shops. The staff were friendly and helped me switch rooms when I had issues with my first one, which was a relief. The breakfast spread was decent too, offering a nice start to my mornings.

My overall experience was pretty rough. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower didn’t work right at all. Plus, there were some noisy leaks from the toilet all night. Arriving was a headache since there wasn’t a proper spot to unload my luggage, and the first receptionist wasn’t helpful at all.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Hippie Market on the weekends and good places to eat, like City Bar. The staff was nice and the cleaning staff was friendly and cheerful. The room had a nice balcony and the buffet breakfast had many choices, including a delicious fruit salad with fresh fruits and apples. The shower in the room was also good.
